  • Account registration details: business name, first and last name, email address, and phone number.
  • Payment information processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card numbers on our servers.
  • Messages or enquiries you send via our contact form or email.

  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, time spent, and actions taken within the platform.
  • Device and browser information: IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URLs.
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 8).

Information from third-party integrations

When you connect third-party services (e.g. Google, Meta, Twilio, Vapi), we receive data necessary to provide the features you have enabled. This data is subject to both our policy and the policies of those third parties.

  • Process payments and manage your subscription.
  • Operate and improve the Service, including AI features, CRM, voice, and messaging tools.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models without your explicit consent.

  • Vapi — AI voice agent infrastructure.
  • Google & Meta — advertising campaign management (Ads Management product only).
  • Supabase / PostgreSQL — secure database hosting.
  • Railway / Vercel — application hosting and infrastructure.

Legal requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or government agency).

Business transfers

If Exodara is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred. We will provide notice before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. If you cancel your account, we will delete or anonymise your data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes (e.g. billing records, which are kept for 7 years).
